We started with one question: is it installed right?
Most car seats sold today are capable of protecting a child extremely well. Most are also installed incorrectly. That gap is the reason TinyTransit exists.
Our story
Built by parents who read the manual twice
TinyTransit began the way a lot of small companies do — with a frustrating afternoon in a parking lot, an instruction booklet in three languages, and a nagging feeling that the base still wasn't tight enough.
We couldn't do much about the manuals other brands write. What we could do was build a store that treats installation as part of the product, not an afterthought. So we keep our range small enough to know every item properly, we write our own plain-English fit notes, and we answer install questions on the phone from real people.
We're based in Dracut, Massachusetts, and we ship across the United States.

Restraints with an unknown history don't go back into circulation. Ever.
We tell you about recalls
If a product you bought is recalled, we contact you directly — not just post a notice.
We check expiration dates
Every seat ships well inside its usable life, with the date clearly marked.

For hands-on help, we'll help you find a certified child passenger safety technician near you.
